WHAT can be returned?
Face Paint WA allows returns on damaged or faulty goods only. We do not allow returns for change of mind or purchased in error including wrong colour selection. Best to contact us before purchase if this is a concern.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Returns must be received within 7 days from approval and 14 days from original dispatch of the order. We recommend express post to guarantee this for you. All returns must have tracking and be returned in original condition, untouched, unused.
Return transport costs are the responsibility of the customer. Postage costs will not be refunded.
